My name is Janet T, a compassionate female home carer with a wealth of experience in providing care for individuals with various needs. I specialize in hourly and overnight care, offering support to those struggling with Mild Cognitive Impairment, Parkinson's Disease, anxiety, depression, and those who are bedbound. With a true understanding of the challenges faced by my clients, I am dedicated to providing the best quality care possible.
I am proud to possess a diverse skill set that includes bathing, toileting, assistance with dressing, catheter care, and companionship. My ability to connect with individuals on a personal level, coupled with my friendly and helpful nature, allows me to create a supportive and nurturing environment for those under my care. I am also a capable driver, although I do not own a car, ensuring that I can assist my clients with transportation when needed.
Outside of my caregiving duties, I find joy in hobbies such as walking, dancing, cooking, baking, socializing, and watching TV. I have a soft spot for pets, particularly cats, fish, rabbits, and birds. These activities not only bring me happiness but also help me recharge so that I can continue to provide the highest level of care to those who rely on me. My ultimate motivation for being a carer is to help people lead independent lives and support them in maintaining their dignity and quality of life.
